By downloading, installing, or using Loadd ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Loadd is a workout tracking application that allows you to:

• Log exercises, sets, reps, and weights
• Track workout history and progress
• Create custom workout programs
• View progress analytics and personal records

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Not use the app in any way that could damage or impair our services
• Take responsibility for your own fitness decisions

Health Disclaimer

• •The app provides workout tracking tools only
• •We do not provide medical, fitness, or health advice
• •If you experience pain or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention
• •You use the app and follow any workout programs at your own risk

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Loadd Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features:

• •Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• •Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• •You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect personal information
• No account is required to use the app

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
